2. Returns Eligibility

a. Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

b. Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also include all original tags, labels, and accessories.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Us: Send an email to issue@ecosleepcanada.com with the subject line “Return Request” and provide the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and quantity
  • Reason for the return

b. Return Confirmation: After receiving your request, we will review it and provide you with a return confirmation email, including return instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

c. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, include the RMA number on the package, and ship it to the address provided in the return confirmation email.

4. Refunds

a. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned product and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

b. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method used for the purchase. If a refund cannot be processed using the original payment method, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

5. Return Shipping Costs

a. Damaged or Incorrect Products: If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

b. Change of Mind or Other Reasons: If the return is due to a change of mind or for reasons other than damaged or incorrect products, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
